This grass roots petition, to hold politicians accountable, was started by a husband and wife from the Southwestern U.S., fly-over country.
Hello, we are Sam and Sandy Citizen (online name), a family not unlike many hardworking families throughout the U.S. We are parents of high school, college, and military children and have elderly parents quietly living out the latter stages of their lives. We face the same ups and downs of everyday life that you face.
Like you we are worried about the economic future of our country. These economic worries have shaped this petition. We feel so strongly about holding politicians accountable that we diverted investment income from our retirement fund and invested it in our country.
