We the people demand the U.S. Treasury cancel the tax exempt status of all monetary and in-kind campaign contributions to Politicians, Political Parties, Political Action Committees, and Political Committees. All monetary contributions and all in-kind contributions shall be taxed at the appropriate federal, state, and local tax rate. Contributions in excess of $250,000.00 shall be taxed at the federal rate of 34.6% in 2009, and 39.6% in 2010, and beyond. Campaign taxes apply to all campaign money on hand as of 1 January 2009, and all in-kind contributions since 1 January 2009.

We, as citizens of the United States, demand an end to all tax exemptions for campaign contributions to Politicians, Political Parties, Political Action Committees, and Political Committees. We pledge to hold all Politicians, Political Parties, Political Action Committees, and Political Committees accountable to Americans paying taxes.
